How far in advance do I need to submit an order?
The more notice, the better! For grazing tables, we need at least 2 weeks notice and depends on availability.
For premade boards at least 1 week notice is preferred. Less than 1 week notice may result in a $20 RUSH fee.
Do you charge a delivery fee for premade boards?
Yes! We charge a $20 delivery fee for premade boards. We will always give you the option for free pick up - but locations vary depending on our artists availabitlity.
Will you travel to my wedding or event venue?
If we are available, we would absolutely love to travel to be a part of your special day!
We do charge mileage (to venue + back), a travel stipend + if neccessary, a hotel fee.
Can I customize the food in my board/grazing table?
If you'd like any customizations, please request them when submitting your order!
Special requests are not promised + depend on availability (we try our best!)
What comes on a Grazing Table?
Every grazing table is a flat lay on butcher paper with disposable bowls + utensils. Each graze includes an assortment of meats, cheeses, bread, crackers, fresh + dried fruit, nuts, sweet + savory touches and greenery + florals.
If you would like dimension + additional decor, you must add our decor package.
What comes on a Premade Board?
Every premade board has slightly different items - please check our PRICING page for more details on each size.
Will a Premade board be okay in the fridge overnight?
We prefer to not leave boards in the fridge overnight. The moisture can cause your crackers to soften. If you need to leave your board in the fridge overnight - please give us a heads up and we will put your crackers in a separate display!
NOTE: please check premade board sizes to ensure your board will fit your fridge! Sizes can be found on the PRICING page.
Can I send a Premade Board as a gift?
YES! Please let us know if you'd like us to include a note!
How do I order?
Please fill out our ORDER page and fill out the form! If we have any questions - will be in touch within 48 hours via email to clear everything up and then we will build your invoice + send to you!
Do you require a deposit?
We do require a 20% deposit for Grazing Tables to hold your requested date. We then require the additional payment to be made at least 30 days before your event.
COVID-19 - How are you being safe?
We are taking all the necessary precautions + any additionally requested precautions by our clients.
Masks AND gloves are worn at all times when prepping your boards + grazing tables.
All supplies + surfaces are properly disinfected before use.
Some clients are sure to provide hand sanitizer near their grazing tables + boards as well as individual use serving utensils.
Do you provide utensils, trays + napkins?
We do not. BUT - we can! When ordering please add on KRAFT CUTLERY and we will make sure you have everything you need!
